Chemifarm Srl, with its registered office in Via E.T. Moneta (Q.re SPIP) No. 15/A - 43122 - Parma - Italy, P. IVA00952860344 as Data Controller informs you pursuant to art.13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 "GDPR" that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:   

1. Processing Methods

The personal data communicated by you will be processed by the Data Controller mainly on informatic support and electronically and, occasionally, in paper form.           

2. Purpose of processing 

Your personal data are processed without your prior express consent in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 letter. paragraph 1 letter. b) of the GDPR for the following purposes: 

A. Purchase and delivery of products. Your personal data will be used to receive and manage orders, provide products and services, process payments and      communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers

B. elaboration and processing of requests for information from the website

C. elaboration and processing of requests for information about newsletters

D. Sending information and commercial promotion of products and services, for marketing purposes, through different channels, both electronic and telematic (e- mail, sms, etc.) and traditional (paper mail, telephone, etc.). In such cases, the processing of personal data will be based exclusively on your free and specific consent. Your consent may be revoked at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.          

E. Comply with legal obligations. Under certain circumstances we have a legal obligation to collect and process your personal data.

Manner of Processing your personal data is processed in the manners set forth in ex art.art. 4 paragraph 1 n. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

3. Conservation 

Purpose 2.A : The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to process the request. If the request is not processable the data will still be kept for no more than 10 years, without performing any direct operation.
Purpose 2.B : The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of sending the newsletter and until the cancellation request sent by the interested party.

4. Access to personal data

Your data may be made accessible for the following purposes:  

  • to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as designated subjects.
  • to any other subjects (internal or external) identified by the owner for the implementation of the purposes referred to in this statement. The communication is provided, where necessary for the purposes mentioned above, to third parties (such as supply companies and IT assistance, consultants, accountants, etc.) engaged in the correct and regular pursuit of the purposes described. In any case, the processing by third parties, will take place according to correctness and in compliance with the provisions of law in force.

5. Communication of data

Any personal data thus collected will not be disclosed, transferred or exchanged in any way with third parties, except for the purposes set out in the previous paragraph.

6. Data transfer              

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. It is understood, in any case, that the Data Controller, if necessary, have the right to move the location of servers in Italy and/or the European Union and/or non- EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.

7. Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal              

Purposes 2.A: The provision of data is mandatory for the processing of the request received.
Purpose 2.B: The provision of consent is facultative

As data subjects, you have the rights under Art. 15 of the GDPR, namely the rights to:

  • obtain confirmation or not of the existence of personal data concerning you;

  • obtain: a) the updating, the rectification or, once you are interested, the integration of the data; b) the deletion, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were
    collected or subsequently processed; c) the affirmation that those who the data has been communicated or disclosed to have been made aware of the operations referred to in the previous paragraphs a) and b), barring the case in which this is impossible or requires using excessive means compared to the protected right;
  • oppose, in whole or in part to the processing of personal data concerning you: a) for legitimate reasons, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication. Where applicable, you also have the rights set out in Arts. 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to portability of contractual and raw browsing data, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.

The updated list of people responsible and in charge of data processing is kept in the headquarters of the Data Controller.
The Data Controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Informative Notice at any time to adapt it to current provisions and improve it, taking into account suggestions put forward by customers, collaborators and users.
